The favourite part: the diversity. It’s never the same day two days in a row. The hardest: when you realise your idea wasn’t that great and that you have to kill it and start over – so frustrating.
I turn off my emails, turn off my cell phone and put the music on.
Bannerblog (http://www.bannerblog.com) for their selection of online campaigns, Digital Buzz Blog (http://www.digitalbuzzblog.com) for their regular updates and adage.com to keep an eye on US trends.
Bruno and I have built an agency from scratch. We started four years ago in my bedroom with two desks, two computers and one Xbox. Now we are a team of 15 people working with big clients such as PlayStation, Disney, Warner... Since our first recruitment, no one has left us and this could be the second biggest achievement that I’m very proud of.
I relax spending time in my bath playing with my PlayStation Vita or reading science fiction books.
I could picture myself working in a second-hand shop - selling and buying old-fashion objects. I love spending time finding crazy old things.
The favourite part: the diversity. It’s never the same day two days in a row. The hardest: when you realise your idea wasn’t that great and that you have to kill it and start over – so frustrating. When I get stuck I leave Paris to take some fresh air and go for the weekend to a European capital or to my family in Burgundy.

We are a young creative agency so it has helped us to raise awareness within the creative world. It was also the first banner being presented on FWA, a good way to tell people "Hey look, we can do great things in a banner."
My very first site was made in secondary school. I'm a big fan of hip-hop music so when I was 12 I launched my own personal website publishing lyrics, covers and mp3. I remembered there was a GIF with a man listening to a ghetto blaster, graffiti font and a brick wall in the background .
We conceived and realised a 3D showcase presenting the VIta for Sony PlaySation.
The digital launch of Assassin’s creed is the most successful campaign we launched because we made online banners, mobile advertising, digital outdoor and a competition website. All we know and what we’re good at, all concentrated in one campaign. (http://www.biborg.com/en/references/assassins-creed-iii/)
Like all the technologies on the long range, Flash is not here to stay. Though for now, it's really helpful in games and websites with unusual interactivity.
We are like craftsmen; we can learn from others, reinvent our way to produce. It's not a closed field where you have and need to go to school for five years or so. The key for students is to practice by doing their own by creating music, fashion website or whatever they like, they will learn even more.
In France, for now, it's difficult to find young talents - it's a long-term project. I spend a lot of time on Twitter, LinkedIn and Cargo looking for the good profiles: talent but also a positive feeling and alchemy with all the team.
The most effective rule is to have an excellent production and a solid project management. By following this advice, the word of mouth will bring you new clients.
Learn how to defend your design because it's 50% of the job and don't be afraid to ask advice from senior designers.
Twitter is the best! (@fgirardot)
Take my camera and travel with my car discovering France.
Biborg love challenges. We want to be competitive on an international level. Our priority is to continue to enjoy without compromise, both regarding creativity and quality.
