Founded ARCHETYP Inc. in May 2007 with Yuichi Hagiwara and Masayuki Daijima.

What do you do for inspiration?

Watching movies, reading books, traveling, going to the art gallery, or going to events for designers.

Yes we do, but we will keep it secret.

What was the toughest thing you ever did with Flash? How long did you spend on it? Is it still online?

TOYOTA Vitz Girls Collection, I spent three months on it. It's off-line now.

Do you think Flash is here to stay?

Yes, I hope so.

When your company was just getting started, what did you find was most effective for getting new clients?

By branding the company web site to be attractive.

How have you learned so many Flash/design skills and techniques and can you offer any advice for newbies?

I have gained my designing skills by reading many books and creating many web sites (at work).

What is the most expensive thing you've bought in the last week?

Aftereffects plug-in TRAPCODE
