Igloo is looking for a mid-weight Flash developer to own an important component of our development offering in our Richmond office. The candidate will be developing interactive standalone Flash components for marketing campaigns to be placed across a variety of high traffic websites as well as taking on some of the more advanced Flash development.

Reporting to the Technical Director, the candidate must possess a fantastic grasp of Flash development along with excellent written and communication skills. This role will open the doors for a career path in numerous technical directions. Ready to start ASAP.

The chosen candidate will have the following experience:
- Solid knowledge of ActionScript 3.0
- Awesome Flash animation skills
- Exporting Photoshop CS5 assets
- Optimising file sizes for web campaigns
Preferred candidates will have experience with:
- XML and PHP integration
- Knowledge of SVN
- Agency environments
- Major web campaigns
- 3D Flash
