Provide conceptual, technical solutions that will unleash world-class work for our clients.
Implementation of CMS solutions such as Magnolia CMS, ExpressionEngine, Wordpress, etc., for both large- and small-scale web projects.
Design and develop high quality code; and be responsible for the quality of maintainable code.
Mentor the junior/mid back end developers.
Experience & Qualifications:
Software Engineering/Computer Science Bachelors (preferred but not absolutely required)
Familiar with modern design principles and techniques, including adaptive design, responsive design, various web development frameworks and grid systems – and how it relates to back end implementations.
Well-versed in back end technologies, frameworks, and open standards such as Springs, Freemarker, GWT, EXT/JS, CMIS, JCR, Node.js, and various APIs.
Strong experience in the CMS implementation (Magnolia, OpenCMS, ExpressionEngine, Drupal, Sitecore, Ektron, etc.)
Understanding of software development life-cycle, Agile software design principles and build processes.
Desire to be a hands-on developer and the driver of technology thought leadership.
Proven back end development experience.
Strong communication skills.
Track record of solving technical problems.
