We are responsible for creating high value, high impact and scalable marketing solutions to educate, inspire and drive revenue growth at Twitter. We are a part of the B2B Marketing team and work cross-functionally throughout the revenue organization, consumer marketing and product team.
Our team's responsibilities include:
Brand: design and creative stewardship with consumer marketing and for the revenue org.
Software: design and develop platforms and applications (mobile/html5) that can be productized
Stories: interactive, data and passive (films, infographics)
Event: interactive installations and applications
The Executive Producer is responsible for creative deliverables as well as the supervision, mentoring and training of producers. These responsibilities include managing, project scopes, task timeline, operating budget, required staff/resources, and overall quality of the resulting deliverable: project discovery, resource allocation, creative development, technical production, and quality assurance.
Functions + Responsibilities
Manage producers and 10+ simultaneous projects with small budgets and fast turnarounds
Review all creative and technical deliverables ensuring work remains in scope
Responsible for creating the brief, project plan, task timeline, operating budget, and status reports
Prepares project estimates, SOW's and MSA's and serves as the point of contact with legal, hr, marketing and sales operations
Responsible for managing project communication and documenting challenges that impact scope
Assess, create and implement process to optimize workflow and improve the quality of deliverables
Lead and document meetings and conference calls with internal and external project teams
Educate internal product managers while managing the relationship and expectations
Manage external production partners and agencies
Key contact for engagement based issues/problem reporting and resolution
Performs continual risk assessment
Helps determine necessary team allocations
Responsible for staff/resources for overall deliverables
Industry thought leadership and principal recruiter for the production department
Skills + Experience
10-12+ years experience with a variety of project types
5+ years experience managing teams of 10+
B2B and B2C experience
Client, agency and production company experience
Deep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure
Applicable industry knowledge – social media, technology and numerous business verticals
Strong knowledge of web development technologies and quality assurance best practices
Experience making passive and interactive films preferably on the production side
Expert user of Google applications, Basecamp, 10K Feet, Microsoft Project and Jira
Strong comprehension of Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, front-end, back-end, creative coding (Cinder, Open Frameworks) frameworks and mobile application development
A fearless and effective communicator – listen, provide clear direction verbally and in writing
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Excellent negotiator (especially contract negotiations) with partners and internal stakeholders
Solve unforeseen challenges as they arise in a calm manner
Can take ownership and work alone, or collaborate on a team
Creative and analytical with the ability to define solutions that generate measurable results
Have experience working closely with C-level executives
Embrace ambiguity, talk less / do more, learn from failure, and a desire to make others successful
