What we want
We are looking for an innovative Flash developer to strengthen our dedicated team. Someone who really loves doing his work. Passion is the key. You will work with all kinds of clients on different projects creating pixel-perfect work, meaning a strong attention for detail. You can motivate yourself and don't have problems to meet your deadlines. We expect you to be flexible and work both as a team member and independently.

We require:
• an intermediate to advanced level of object-oriented programming in ActionScript 3
• knowledge of how to use design patterns
• the ability to produce rapid prototypes and debug problems
• knowledge of handling (progressive and streaming) audio and video in Flash
• knowledge of how to integrate XML and Web services
• experience with version control systems (SVN)
• eagerness to learn new techniques, experiment and teach others within the company
• taking things to the next level
• an online updated portfolio
• someone who lives in or close to Amsterdam or is willing to move to Amsterdam

Knowledge of Papervision3D, Flex, HTML/ CSS, Javascript, PHP/ MySQL and/ or After Effects is a plus.
