Job descriptionThe Senior Producer leads a project from inception to completion, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the process and workflow. Responsibilities include project scoping and planning, leading the process, and ensuring that projects are delivered at the highest quality on time and on budget. He or she is passionate about digital product creation, web and mobile development and has a strong understanding of project management methodologies as well as familiarity with good design, UX and web technologies. The Sr. Producer is good natured, thrives under pressure, leads by example and is a motivating and positive presence on the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
-Work with new business and account teams to lead the client engagement process and clearly define project requirements
-Work closely with account, creative and technical teams to accurately scope projects, create project plans, schedules, and SOW's
-Clearly define the project parameters and manage the process, workflow, teams and clients to ensure we always deliver the best possible product on time and on budget
-Serve as the main client contact on projects, clearly communicate complex solutions and effectively manage client expectations
-Organize and lead project meetings
-Manage the feedback and revision process to ensure quality is upheld and projects remain in scope
-Foster a productive atmosphere among team members that is conducive to creating superior creative and technical executions
-Facilitate project closeout by working with the team to define and document best practices and key learnings
-Work directly with the resource manager and fellow producers to understand resource availability and plan resources effectively
-Minimum of 4+ years working at a digital agency or in a digital-focused role at an integrated shop or product company
-Minimum of 2+ year of client facing/ client management experience
Basic understanding of programming languages and how they are used (open source preferred)
-Creative and strategic thinker
-Competent in leading and managing digital products, including complex, dynamic builds
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong presentation skills
-Strong relationship building skills
