A mid-size digital agency is looking for seasoned Flash developers on a temp/temp-to-perm basis to assist with major projects for a Fortune 500 financial services company. The right candidate must possess an advanced grasp of Flash development, strong communication skills, and an appreciation for visual design and user experience.

Off-site work is OK for initial projects.

Requirements:
- ActionScript 3.0 expertise
- Strong Flash animation technique
- HTML/CSS/JQUERY/Javascript experience
- 3D experience
- XML/PHP integration
- Performance optimization expertise
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator and other Creative Suite programs.
