Job descriptionWe turned seven this year, and it's time to get bigger. We're after a full-time frontend developer to join us in our central London studio.
We're looking for people who are really into coding and collaboration. Frontend is at the heart of the process; so strong communication skills and a good appreciation of usability and interaction design is essential.
You'll be coding designs and prototypes into cross-browser and cross-platform HTML/CSS/JS. You should be bright, talented and keen and quick to learn and grow in the role.
In turn you'll gain invaluable experience as a central part of our small team; at The Rumpus Room we create innovative, audience-focused digital for brands and agencies.
We plan, design and build bespoke technology across for projects like Gallery For Everyone, Selfridges and Google Image Cube.
- Knowledge of build systems such as Grunt, Gulp
- Experience using CSS pre-processors such as LESS, Sass
- Aware of cross browser requirements
- Enthusiastic with a passion for learning about and developing emergent technologies
- Can plan, prioritize and manage your workload
- Comfortable discussing your solutions with non-technical staff
