This person is responsible for creating high value, high impact and scalable marketing solutions to educate, inspire and drive revenue growth at Twitter. You'll work with our Design and Sales Marketing teams to bring beauty and storytelling to our real- time global communications and information network. You will help shape the next generation of marketing efforts by improving it. We are a part of the B2B Marketing team and work cross-functionally throughout the revenue organization, consumer marketing and product team.
Our team's responsibilities include:
Brand: design and creative stewardship with consumer marketing and for the revenue org.
Software: design and develop platforms and applications (mobile/html5) that can be productized
Stories: interactive, data and passive (films, infographics)
Event: interactive installations and applications
Visual designers are talented, driven and passionate for crafting polished, usable and effective work across a variety of screens, devices and spaces. A designer whose work is clean, modern, focused, and inspiring to others. You will be responsible for telling stories through design and helping to drive new users to Twitter. The Sr. Visual Designer will be designing art , copy layouts and other visual presentations. Also, this role is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative product experiences. You will not only bring concepts to life, but cultivate relationships between our users and our brand.
Create design which define new branding and marketing efforts to support the B2B and Sales Marketing teams.
Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to project stakeholders and creative director
Work with our creative director to incorporate the visual identity of Twitter into features
Participate in opportunity brainstorming and prioritization
Execute creative direction of project through preparation of design deliverables
Maintain individual quality of personal work while holding up the integrity of Twitter's brand

Functions + Responsibilities
Strong conceptual thinker
Experience designing identities, print, collateral, interfaces, data visualizations, films and experiences
Quality control throughout all phases of a project
Manage 5+ simultaneous projects with fast turnarounds
Assess, create and implement process to optimize workflow and improve the quality of deliverables
Educate internal product managers on effective design
Skills + Experience
Pixel perfect layouts with a strong sense of color theory and typography
Human-centered design that is intuitive and usable
In-depth understanding of HTML and capabilities of web browsers and mobile operating systems
Deep understanding of design history, trends and tools
Mentor and time manage a group of full-time and contract designers
Experience working with software developers
B2B and B2C experience
Client, agency and production company experience
Applicable industry knowledge – social media, technology and numerous business verticals
Experience making passive and interactive films preferably on the production side
A fearless and effective communicator – listen, provide clear direction verbally and in writing
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Excellent negotiator with partners and internal stakeholders
Solve unforeseen challenges as they arise in a calm manner
Can take ownership and work alone, or collaborate on a team
Creative and analytical with the ability to define solutions that generate measurable results
Have experience working closely with C-level executives
